Tenerife.Boats provides a seamless and transparent boat hire experience, supported by a fair and customer-friendly refund and cancellation policy. Our goal is to ensure outstanding service and unforgettable moments for everyone who sails with us.

 

Risk-Free Cancellations

Our booking system allows customers to cancel their boat reservations free of charge within specific timeframes. A prepayment is required at the time of booking. However, if you choose not to use our services, reschedule, or change your boat due to reasons such as bad weather or illness, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Each boat has its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Typical cancellation periods range from 24 to 72 hours before departure.

Refund Guidelines During Service

While Tenerife.Boats manages the booking process, we are not directly involved in operating the excursions. If any issues occur during your trip, please address them immediately with the on-site service provider.
If the provider agrees to a full refund and confirms it with us, we will process your prepayment refund promptly.
Please note that if the provider offers compensation (such as a partial refund or gift) and you accept it, no further claims will be considered.
Although we strive to ensure complete satisfaction, Tenerife.Boats cannot guarantee refunds for incidents occurring during the excursion. Any complaints should be directed to the service provider.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In cases of late cancellation or no-show, additional charges or penalties may apply according to the terms and conditions of your booking.
For no-shows, the service fee paid in advance is non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service Without Refund

Tenerife.Boats reserves the right to refuse service or terminate cooperation without refund if a customer displays disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, or causes damage to property. Any actions that disturb or inconvenience other guests or staff may result in immediate denial of service.
