5. Pricing Policy

6. Payment Methods

Tenerife.Boats offers several secure payment options:

6.1. Credit or Debit Card Payments
Payments can be made using valid Visa or MasterCard cards. All transactions are protected with advanced authentication such as “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode.”

6.2. PayPal and Other Platforms
If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website to complete your transaction. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

6.3. REDSYS Platform
You may also pay through the REDSYS payment system. After successful payment, you’ll receive an email summary of your purchase.
Please note that both PayPal and REDSYS have their own privacy and security policies, for which Tenerife.Boats is not responsible.

7. Booking and Deposit Terms

Bookings must be made by adults (18+). Minors must be accompanied by an adult during the excursion.
Accurate personal information must be provided at the time of booking, and all safety instructions must be followed during the trip.
Please ensure the selected boat meets the needs of passengers with limited mobility before booking.

8. Transfer Services

Certain excursions include complimentary transfer services within selected zones of Tenerife, such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje, La Caleta, and Playa Paraíso.
If your accommodation is outside these areas, prior arrangements must be made. Cancellations due to ineligible transfer zones are not accepted.
Punctuality for pickup is the responsibility of the transfer provider.

9. Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made less than three hours before departure may not include food or beverages, depending on the service type and availability.

10. Modification and Cancellation of Bookings

If you need to modify your booking, Tenerife.Boats will contact you to confirm changes.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose between a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value.

11. Weather-Related Cancellations

If adverse weather conditions are forecast at least 48 hours in advance, you may cancel or reschedule your trip and receive a full refund.
Once the service has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Weather factors such as heavy rain, high winds, or rough seas may cause rescheduling for safety reasons.

12. Free Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking within the specified timeframe free of charge.
However, prepayments are non-refundable if you decide not to use the service due to personal reasons (e.g., illness or personal weather assessment).

13. Disclaimer for Personal Injuries

Tenerife.Boats is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or deaths that may occur during the excursion. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Tenerife.Boats cannot be held responsible for such incidents.

14. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your booked service will result in the full loss of the paid amount. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

15. Complaints Procedure

Tenerife.Boats manages bookings but does not directly operate excursions.
Any complaints about the experience should be addressed to the on-site service provider.
If the provider issues a refund, it will be considered the final resolution, and no further claims will be accepted.

16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law, specifically applicable to the Canary Islands.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located at the registered address of Tenerife.Boats.
